Most of us have only ever seen photographs and footage of war.
Soldiers with guns, artillery, mud flying everywhere, grenades, bombs, yellow mustard gas and planes from World War I and II. Troops going in to bombed-out cities, trying not to be picked off by fighters who appear from nowhere in 1990’s Middle East. Large gliding missiles taking out hospitals and buildings in Ukraine.
And from Gaza we are shown narrow tunnels with rudimentary electrical wiring and lights that swing when a soldier's head knocks them. Tunnels not even big enough to swing a cat in.
War is visible, upfront and in our faces, just as the images are isn’t it?
From four years of research we have discovered it isn’t visible at all.
Here are the top 17 barely perceptible ways our enemy is trying to kill us.
Some are more obvious than others, some will shock you.
To combat all of these threats we have developed, and outline here, our own personal countermeasures.

1 Arsine Gas
We have to start with the key player in the list because then the rest of the list makes sense. But it doesn't ruin the impact of how quite how unbelievable the rest of the list is.
Arsine gas is probably the most toxic gas to humans, animals and even plants. It is odourless and colourless and completely undetectable by our immune systems. You won't know you are breathing it in until some hours or even days or weeks later. The gas spreads out best on sunny, dry and clear days, and sinks down in the atmosphere to breathing height when the cold winter nights set in.
It can enter through the lungs in to the blood stream. It then circulates to the heart, to the brain, and to the very extremities of our bodies, before it even reaches the liver or kidneys.
After a few hours of breathing it in, we might get a headache, feel a bit dizzy, get a cough, stuffy nose or feel a bit sick, but by then we have already got a good dose of it. It destroys red blood cells, white blood cells and other cells. It changes in to arsenate and arsenite in the body. Arsenate displaces phosphate in our cell membranes, our mitochondria and lots of other cell processes.
Arsenite sticks to literally everything with sulphur in. We have a lot of sulphur in our bodies. It also messes around with our electrolytes, making us lose phosphate, potassium, sodium and magnesium. It spills calcium in to our blood stream causing high insulin release and clotting.
The Boom Review have worked out simple ways of detecting, avoiding and detoxing from Arsine. As we go through the list you will see what to avoid, and what you need to replace to stay on top and fighting fit.
Avoidance and removal!
Learn the signs that arsine gas is being spread, and reduce your exposure accordingly. For active arsenic removal we use taurine, which breaks the bonds arsenic makes with our proteins, and alpha lipoic acid for binding and removing the arsenic. Keep your electrolytes balanced by using food, juices and/or supplements with phosphate.
Remember for every person who is affected there will be others who aren't. Everyone's levels can be completely different at a given point in time, according to their lifestyle and detoxification patterns.
2 Nitrogen Dioxide
You can feel the effects of nitrogen dioxide in the air when you breath. The airways and lungs can become sore, have a feeling of being burnt or tightening/closing up.
We discovered NO2 is a by product of the combustion of arsine gas with oxygen in the air. This means where ever there is arsine there will be a corresponding level of NO2.
Removal of most of the hydrocarbon power generation in the west allows us to see Arsine levels much more accurately. Satellite detectors such as Copernicus, operational in 2018 provide us with critical live data. Incredibly this allows us to see exactly how dense the levels of both Arsine Gas and Nitrogen Dioxide are in the air and reduce our exposure to.
The real time monitoring from Copernicus is shown on air quality apps like Plume Labs, Ventusky and Windy.com.
NO2 increases in concentration near the ground at nighttime. Sleep on the first floor or take draft exclusion measures by shutting curtains and windows at night, when the concentrations are highest. Damp towels at the base of doors and along gaps behind window ledges are also very helpful when air conditions are poor.
If you have air conditioning switch that off at night and use a fan instead to stay cool, if there are signs of high NO2 (with arsine gas).
When driving have the air conditioning on recirculate or switch it off when air quality is bad. On planes, shut the air vent above you.
3 Sulphur Dioxide
This gas is supposedly from Iceland, or any other volcano we are told has erupted. We check multiple charts to verify or disprove whether SO2 is a result of a volcanic eruption. The two huge plumes of SO2 that found their way to Europe this year were NOT coming from volcanoes.
Sulphur is known as the fire element. Exposure can make you very thirsty and give you an upset stomach. Also, where there is sulphur there is almost always arsine gas. Stay well hydrated and put back lost electrolytes, especially phosphate when exposed.
Sulphur dioxide is also on all the Air Quality Apps. It is also possible to smell it. It has a thick, eggy, burnt match odour. To reduce exposure use the window, curtain, draft excluder, air conditioning off precautions.
4 Storms
Engineered storms using a combination of dry ice, microplastics and other water attracting particles, do a lot more than bring damaging winds and flooding rain. Lightning can affect us through something called terrestrial gamma ray flashes. Each bolt of lightning emits small amounts of gamma radiation before and during the explosion of energy that creates the visible bolt.
Staying on top of arsenic detoxification and replacing phosphate and electrolytes will reduce adverse effects. People with high levels of arsenic can experience cardiac and neurological events. Others may experience tightening of the lungs, headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea during and after a storm.
Brick buildings help reduce exposure and staying away from windows.
Changes in air pressure in the build up to storms can also have an effect, but again if you are replacing electrolytes, particularly phosphates, you will not notice it as much.
Countermeasures from British and allied military planes deflect storms heading in from the Atlantic, but sometimes lightning is generated overland. Storms that do make it to UK’s shores seem more controlled than they were two years ago.
5 Particles
During the summer fires of 2023, Canada's mines emitted a large amount of Uranium. This was found later in the hair of people in the northern central states in America. It also traveled as far as we can tell, all the way on the Atlantic winds to the west coast of the UK. People just inland of Liverpool have tested positive for Uranium.
Other radioactive particles have been identified in recent years including Iodine 131. Theoretically by dispersing arsine gas in to the western Atlantic part of the jet stream, it would be possible to accelerate the arsenic particles in the gas in mid Atlantic storms. Radioactive Arsenic 74 would in theory then flow on to Europe.
The advisory to keep windows and curtains shut in the UK, also applies to these particles. Paper masks can be useful to block alpha particles, but Arsenic 74 is a Beta particle and cannot be blocked by paper. Active atmospheric testing and countermeasures deal with plumes of detected particles using sharp and heavy rainfall.
We rarely feel the 'pings' and 'zaps' of these particles now thanks to the work of the allied air forces!
6 Fog
Fog can seem deceptively beautiful, in the low winter sun shining on hills and valleys. But fog these days can carry unwanted visitors. Sometimes fog can feel quite granular as if it has tiny particles in it and often it does!
Fog has been used for some time to distribute toxic gases and pathogenic bacteria. The Great Fog of London of 1952 is a good example. These are bacteria that have learnt to detox arsenic so can survive and thrive in an arsenic heavy environment. Fog will often come after a sunny gassy day, making the target populations much more susceptible.
There are a number of ways of dealing with it. Firstly check the weather apps mentioned above (or the many others out there) for fog forecasts. Keep a snood or scarf with you so you can protect your airways outside on foggy days. Fog can ‘roll in’ without warning during the day. Take the same measures as above for windows and car travelling and of course keeping arsenic levels down, and phosphate levels up, will reduce the chances of bacteria taking hold.
7 Saharan Dust
We were so surprised, looking back over some historical weather charts, to find dust storms over the UK in the early hours of the morning way back in the 1980's. It isn't something that usually happens here in our rather wet and gloomy part of Northern Europe.
We have had and unusually steady stream of at least one Saharan Storm a year, across western Europe all the way to the UK. Last year a scientist took samples from one of the dust storms and found an very high measurement, 44.9 ppm, of bound arsenic.
Was the arsenic from the Saharan sands (probably not) or was it added in to the wind stream? Either way, this test gave us tangible evidence of arsenic being present in the atmosphere.
Large aerosol particles will irritate the lungs but cannot get through the lung wall, though arsine gas is likely to also be in the wind stream. Irritation can make existing lung issues worse. Solid rainfall is usually seeded as a countermeasure, and the remains of the attempted attack are found on garden tables, chairs and cars the next morning.
If you collect this dust for testing please make sure you do it with gloves and cover your airways so you don't breathe any in. Keep in a new ziplock bag and stored securely so no children or animals have access to it. Hose down everything that is dusty outside again making sure not to inhale.
The air quality apps will show when the next storm is due. We have a light one working it's way up from the Sahara, due to land in the UK tomorrow morning, Wednesday 16th October, 2024. Countermeasures may have already suppressed the particulates in the windstream to some degree.
8 Big Events
Everyone loves a five day festival, going to the races, seeing your favourite band play live, watching the Olympics and seeing your football team win this year's tournament.
Large gatherings of people outside present opportunities to disperse gas if the weather conditions are suitable. Dry ice can be used to dry out the area above an event to clear the sky ready for dispersal, or it can be dispersed underneath the lowest cloud level if there is no rain.
It is important to stress that only certain events are picked for treatment and it seems to depend on what is going on underground. If you look at event announcements in the press you will often see the number 33 or 17 associated with an event, or warnings about heat stroke, storms, covid and even air quality. Long range weather forecasts are also helpful.
In the press this year and last, a number of people attending one artist's concerts as part of an extended global tour, reported memory loss and other symptoms associated with arsine gas inhalation.
Short term exposure can give you a headache, runny nose, an irritating cough or a feeling of nausea and as above, slight memory loss. Take electrolytes with you to add to a water bottle or flat juice. Fizzy drinks like Coca Cola, have phosphoric acid (phosphate) and sugar, which help mitigate low blood sugar, which is a common side effect of arsine inhalation. Full fat Coke is more effective for immediate exposure than diet because it replaces sugar quickly. Also take a snack with you. If you are asthmatic and take steroid inhalers, use those in the weeks leading up to the event and keep them with you on the day.
A couple of days inside at home afterwards helps the detox process.
9 Exercise
One thing is for sure, everyone is trying to get you outside exercising! Politicians and celebrities doing their thing on bikes or in trainers. Jeremy Vine's increasingly ranty daily videos about cars, vans and lorries cutting him up in London, Joe Biden regularly out cycling with his entourage and about a million press in the sunshine. Boris, Cameron and Gove doing the obligatory run round the block. Matt Hancock telling everyone to get out there on their bikes in summer 2020.
We are convinced charities are trying to drum up new business by making more people sick! Every autumn and spring, just in time for the next 'wave' of toxic air, UK charities run campaigns to get us, our dogs, children, friends and work colleagues out and about raising funds for every ailment imaginable. Ailments that we have been funding research for for decades, and ailments that they STILL haven't found cures for!
The bottom line is, when we exercise outside, if the air is heavy with NO2, SO2 and arsine gas, we breathe more in. So if those levels are high when you check your air quality app perhaps choose a low impact sport inside for the day. Yoga, weights, indoor climbing and other activities inside can reduce your exposure while still allowing you to exercise. If your lungs start to burn, slow down or stop until the air has cleared up.
If you go to a gym or studio, don't exercise underneath air conditioning units. Always sit away from air conditioning units if you can in any building.
10 Flying
Many of us like to get away on holiday, visiting family and friends abroad, conference trips, out of state or across continents. Flying is a way of life and you definitely acquire the bug.
Sometimes though that bug might turn in to something most people call a virus. Here's how that happens. When we are exposed to arsine gas, and we don't have enough phosphate in our diet, some of our cells get arsenate in their membranes. Arsenate is a poor cousin of phosphate and doesn't fit our cells properly. So whenever there is a change in pressure, ie cabin pressure, those weaker cells will leak and sometimes pop.
If you have a small amount of affected cells that might give you a bit of a headache, a cold or flu. If you have more affected cells, particularly in the gut or cardiovascular system it can cause more serious issues, even cardiac arrest.
But why do some flights affect us and others not? The length of flight and cabin pressure may play a role. Proximity of flights to lightning storms increases the likelihood of an adverse event in someone with high levels of arsenic. Radiation from lightning is estimated to spread to a hundred miles radius of the bolt but could be further.
To prevent adverse symptoms from flying, reduce exposure to arsine, SO2 and NO2 in the weeks before flying, and keep replacing phosphate and electrolytes.
11 Mobile phones and other Gadgets
Safety instructions on some mobiles recommend the phone should be kept at least 5 mm away from the body.
Mobile phones and many gadgets have magnets. You can see how strong exactly by using another phone, downloading a digital EMF meter and running it slowly over the whole body of the phone or gadget you are testing. Normal ambient magnetic fields are 50-80 uT. Anything over around 400 uT has the potential to cause injury if any part of your body is in direct contact with it.
How does that work? Arsine gas destroys red blood and normal cells and releases toxic free iron in to the blood stream. Of course iron is attracted to magnets, and damages tissue as it is dragged towards the magnet.
To stop damage to tissues many of us use styluses (with insulating tape if they are made of metal/aluminium) and try not to hold gadgets with magnets of hold them on our laps for any length of time. Some underwired bras have magnets on the outside edge of the wire that sits underneath the arm so test those too.
Some compounds in drinks are able to remove/chelate free iron. The main two are Aspartame and Quinine. Antibiotics, especially the tetracylin and penicillin classes, actively chelate iron preventing cell damage and bacterial growth.
Remember to replace other electrolytes after a course of antibiotics.
12 Grains, seeds and pulses!
All grains, seeds and pulses are packed with sulphur rich molecules that arsenic sticks to. If there is any arsenic in the soil it will end up in the grains of these crops, which would then be consumed. While there are regulations on acceptable levels of arsenic in food, sometimes as low as 6ppm, even small amounts can tip the balance for some people with high arsenic exposure, causing gut issues and leaky gut, allowing undigested food, arsenic and bacteria in to the blood and central nervous system.
Phosphate added to fertiliser can stop arsenate building in the seeds but it doesn't stop arsenite, which is the one that sticks to the grain proteins really easily.
As we have no idea what the level of arsenic is from crop to crop, or where each crop is bought in from, our approach is to not eat them at all, or at least very very rarely. Some people have a very noticeable reaction from grain-based foods, and others have no reaction at all. Again it is all down to how much arsenic you have in your gut and how damaged your gut is. Shingles and migraines could be two of many manifestations of arsenic leaking from the gut in to the central nervous system.
For people who are vegan, eating carb rich plant food instead of grains is a good solution. Any root vegetables will push arsenic to their skin, and the skin of course can be easily peeled off. The same applies with fruit. Berries are much harder to keep arsenic free because they cannot be washed or peeled.
Salad crops grown in winter are usually grown inside in Europe but often we buy in from other countries further south. Check out the NO2 map and the source of the produce when shopping.
Completely cutting out grains has been a massive game changer personally, leading to healthy weight loss, better skin and mental clarity.
13 Fat
Fat in animals, including us, is made from fat chains, wrapped around toxins that have leaked in to the blood from the gut because of arsenic damage. The toxin fat parcels are deposited in fat storage areas and will keep growing if the source of the toxins are not removed.
Meat with a lot of fat under the skin or in the muscle tissue potentially has more arsenic than other cuts. Grain fed animals tend to accumulate fat more quickly than grass fed. Fish also accumulate levels of arsenic if they are exposed.
Seed oils and olive oil can also be affected by gassing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In some people, toxins may enter the central nervous system, stay in organs, or be sent to the skin or joints. Some people might form isolated toxin bundles somewhere in their bodies or a combination of all of the above. Each person is different.
Our tips are to choose lean cuts of meat, meat with no fat, and fish not from the North Sea or the Atlantic. For the best animal dairy fats, choose grass fed milk, butter and cheese.
14 Weight Loss (of fat)
Getting fat out of our bodies means also releasing stored arsenic (see 13). But what happens to that arsenic when it is released? I looked at one of the most popular weight loss injections to see if it had anything that would bind arsenic, such as a compound with a disulfide bond. There were no disulfide bonds in the formula.
This means people taking these injections are releasing their fat stores quickly and dumping arsenic in to their blood stream. Some of it will leave in the usual way, but some of it will get stuck to other cells and proteins. The more released in one go, the more potential there is for adverse effects.
People taking the injections have noticed a strange thickening and creasing of the skin. This is arsenic being deposited in the skin as the body can't get rid of it quickly enough. A number of adverse effects have be reported. In April 2024 the Daily Mail linked 20 deaths in the UK to this type of weight loss drug.
This approach to weight loss is a time bomb waiting to go off!
15 Water
We were told at the beginning of the Covid outbreak to 'Watch the Water', and whilst we have been paying attention it seems we need to be constantly checking again!
The increasingly obvious activity underground all over the world, finds whole communities with no running water for hours, sometimes days. Then when it is turned back on the water is a dirty yellow/brown colour. It happens more than once in some areas.
Many people in the UK don't trust tap water quality. It can smell badly of chlorine and tastes pretty questionable at times too. Some areas seem to fair better with their tap water than others. Quite understandably many of us have moved to other methods of getting drinking water.
Some use gravity water filters, though there is a question over how effective they are. Some people use reverse osmosis systems. Others prefer distillation.
Then there is bottled water. The 'residue' measurements in bottled water seems to go up and down like a yo-yo.
We discovered some bottled water had more bicarbonate in than others and was causing upset stomachs. Low bicarbonate water bottles (below 50mg/L) seemed to resolve gut issues. The levels in particular bottled brands then changed to 138mg/L and over 200mg/L and the stomach issues returned.
On investigation we discovered bicarbonate leeches arsenate - a good thing. BUT it also leeches phosphate. Which means with every glass of water, or cup of tea/coffee drunk more of the already depleted phosphate is leeched out of the body.
Effectively the bicarbonate compounds the thinning of the gut lining caused by arsenic, increasing leakage of arsenic, undigested food and bacteria in to the blood stream and central nervous system.
So far we have found only three own brand supermarket waters: Waitrose, Co-op (2 Litre only) and Asda (5 Litre only) in the UK below 50mg/L. There may be others. Also watch for Calcium levels as they may also leak through the gut wall. Too much calcium in the blood not only increases insulin and reduces blood sugar, but can cause clotting.
16 X-Rays
The traditional diagnostic tool for pneumonia or anything to do with the lungs is an X-ray. Pneumonia caused by the inhalation of arsine gas, contaminates lung cell membranes with arsenate making them weak and easily broken.
Not only that, but with continued exposure, other cells including the heart, liver, pancreas and spleen cells will also be contaminated with arsenate and subsequently at risk of popping.
X-rays have been shown to cause cell death. Radiotherapy usually targets strong cancerous cells over a prolonged period, so you can imagine how much more vulnerable arsenate contaminated cells would be, even just to a single X-ray.
X-rays of a person with a high level of arsenate has the potential to cause a high level of cell death, and potential collapse.
In the third article of the series 'The Murder of Innocents' I discuss how X-ray imaging is not seen as an effective diagnostic tool for pneumonia in some camps. The consultant or doctor should be able to diagnose pneumonia from an examination, symptoms and blood draw.
17 Vaccines
I have written a lot about vaccines over the last couple of years, and it is my belief they are a form of chelator for arsenic.
There are a lot of issues tied to one size fits all vaccines. Firstly none of us, not even the clinicians, had any idea they were dealing with arsenic, and many still don't. They had no idea how much was in each patient, or whether it had already caused a large amount of phosphate loss, a blockage somewhere, clotting or other issue.
As such, priming the body to start hunting down arsenate and arsenic, potentially destroying large numbers of cells, spilling electrolytes and calcium in to the body in untold amounts and just crossing fingers and hoping for the best didn't work well at all.
That doesn't even take in to account if the person being jabbed was being exposed to more arsine gas and lightning at the time it was administered.
The whole thing was an almighty mess. Nobody who goes back for regular jabs has any idea what the jabs are doing, or how to stay healthy in their own right. They don't know that they need to keep putting phosphate and electrolytes back and to reduce all of the other harmful things we are bombarded with daily. They don't know to watch air quality or stay out of lightning storms. They don't know that they need to reduce time outside when the air is toxic.
These people are blinded by the 'science' and being led by other people also blinded by the 'science' and so we go up the chain to the people who have hidden the whole thing from us from the very beginning.
Jabs are going down, that's for sure, but watch carefully because it is a controlled demolition. They will have something more expensive and more fanciful to replace it with. And that means that the enemy can carry on gassing us at will, because as long as that happens, the pharmaceutical and now 'therapy' industry stays in business.
Please put your questions below in the comments, and they will be answered to the best of my ability.
In the meantime, keep putting that phosphate back, and watch the water, air and food!
Thank you Caroline. We'll packed and informative. Knowledge is power and you've covered it all really well.
Absolutely brilliant article Caroline! So many opportunities for us to control this ourselves! With knowledge comes power. This was a very powerful & useful tool for us all to fight back! Thank you!
