The work you and the team have done for years on this is exhausting to just think about. This piece alone must've taken up a lot of wits and time. Can't thank you and the team enough for all of it. Any problem throws up the question 'Yes, but what can we DO about it?' and this article perfectly addresses that with a clear explanation of what the poisoning process does and how we can counter it. I hope people will take it in...and also become more interested in the background on why and how it's happening. But in the meantime the health-helps offered here are gold. Oh yes....and that's where/why/when the sceptical pot-shots start to look very silly! There will always be opposition to your work but bases for it are looking increasingly weak, whilst the pieces coming together are proving increasingly stable.

The Volvic here is over 80mg/L bicarbonate, so too high for my liking
