After the End of Life Bill vote in Parliament last Friday, I started a thread on The Boom Review Tik Tok account. The majority of posters were adamant that nobody should suffer pain and should have the ability to die early.
43% of adults in the UK live with some degree of chronic pain according to the Faculty of Pain Medicine.
That is approximately 23,650,000 people.
How can nearly half of us be living with that kind of pain and nobody be asking why?
It is so widespread it has become the norm. And now it will become the norm, that instead of finding out why, and fixing it, others are already encouraging people to end their pain by putting themselves to death. They would be doing so, if this awful bill is passed, at the sign off of doctors and the judiciary.
On Friday 29th November 2024, we saw the United Kingdom take one terrifying step closer to becoming a real life, country-sized version of Squid Game.
The Vote that passed the second reading of the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill through the UK Parliament was a shock to many. Around 350 organisations representing those with disabilities and other serious medical conditions, are strongly campaigning against the Bill for a number of reasons.
There are huge concerns that vulnerable groups, of which there are many, will not be adequately protected from unscrupulous people. There is a fear of institutionalised mission creep. That many people with progressive disabilities, or even chronic, seemingly incurable pain, will be psychologically pressurised into taking their own lives.
We can predict the kind of phrases that might be used.
‘Granny you look like you are in unbearable pain. I can’t stand to see you like this’
‘It is a very bleak outlook. We don’t expect you to live longer than 5 months’
‘There will come a point where you will no longer be able to fend for yourself. We can discuss your options before you get to that point’
‘Unfortunately treatment for your condition does not have a high success rate and the decline can be rapid and painful’
‘Eventually you will lose the use of your limbs, then swallowing will become difficult, followed by breathing’
These are words that could bring a deep sense of doom, hopelessness and fear into the hearts of the strongest of us. A paralysing fear that overwhelms every remaining moment and thought.
When we are told categorically we are going to die and when, by a doctor who is ‘certain’, it is at that moment that our instincts for survival can easily be crushed.
Pain and not being able to move and fend for ourselves seem to be red lines for many. We all want to escape pain and people so often apologise now for simply being human and sometimes needing help. Some people actively avoid people who clearly need help. People in need now don’t ask for help until it is far too late.
What has happened to us here in the United Kingdom that we are prepared to kill ourselves for so called ‘dignity’ and to not be a burden to others?
And when did we decide that dying was such an unnatural process that we have to kill ourselves to avoid it?
How many people do you know who have been given a few months to live, who have defied the odds, taken charge of their own bodies, and survived for many more years, maybe even till today? Thankfully we are hearing there are quite a few!

WHAT IS PAIN?
Pain is a critical signal for survival.
Pain tells toddlers that touching something hot is a bad idea. Pain tells an athlete a 5 mile run today is probably going to make a hamstring injury worse. Pain tells us we have broken an arm and that keeping it still in a cast until it no longer hurts is a good idea.
Pain tells us that something is broken in our body. It can be something big, or it can be many tiny injuries.
All body pain tells us our WHOLE body is being injured.
Disease that stops voluntary control of movement, tells us our nerves are being injured and blocked.
Disease that makes it increasingly painful and difficult to move, tells us our muscles and joints are being injured and blocked.
Losing our memory, strokes and extreme headaches tell us brain cells are being destroyed.
Pain in our organs means that they are being injured.
THE CAUSE OF OUR PAIN?
The answer is very clear. We are in pain because we are being poisoned.
We have been poisoned for decades.
Two chemical elements stand out from our research, though there are others including lithium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, potassium, uranium, strontium, aluminum and barium.
The two primary chemicals being dispersed in the sky are:
ARSINE GAS - This is the gas form of arsenic. Gases are hard to avoid, especially if you are outside all day. It is dispersed on dry sunny days, when the skies are blue. Especially tricky because we have been told by some that we need vitamin D must get out in the sun!
CALCIUM CARBONATE - This is delivered in fog, mist and haze usually after unexpected dry cold nights. It can linger in the air all day long, showing as haze on the horizon.
Sometimes the particles can be radioactive. For this reason taking Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 supplements, which absorb calcium in to the bone and liver, are a particularly bad idea whilst this warfare is ongoing.
Our team limit our time outside on these days, using snoods or scarves during fog, mist and haze. We try not to sit under air conditioning either. Vents in the car on recycled air at a low speed. Air your homes but don’t sit in the rooms whilst you are doing it. Secure window vents close and do not leave windows open for long periods, especially overnight.
Always check the horizon!
We have a dedicated team of trackers, who tell us when things in the air are getting really bad. We put alerts out on social media using the handle at CarolineCoramUK or The Boom Review. We do the same for other extreme weather phenomena that can also cause harm to our bodies. You can support this research and critical alerts by fully subscribing to Substack here or on BuyMeACoffee.
TRICKED
There are a myriad of ways that we have all been tricked in to enhancing the effects of the above two chemicals. The most obvious is by the constant messaging that ‘calcium is good for us and we need it for our bones’, and that fortification of wheat-based products is necessary.
We doubt very much that many of the people delivering that message have any clue what it is they are suggesting we do. With their encouragement and with our own best intentions we have been contributing to our own poisoning by calcium since the introduction of the National Loaf in 1941!
CALCIUM OVERLOAD
Calcium is a highly reactive metal.
It is used to fire neurons in our body and to build our bones. It is used to create clotting in the blood, and to tell the pancreas to create insulin - too much can cause too much clotting, and too much insulin in these two cases.
Arsenic switches off all the calcium gateways, so lots of calcium can flood in to the body through the lungs and gut. A lot of the calcium you eat or breathe in will go straight into the blood and tissues, whether your body needs it or not.
Calcium ions react violently with water and other molecules. If you have too much in your blood stream it is going to cause damage and pain. Excess calcium will build up everywhere. In the bloodstream, the tissues, the bones, the joints, the brain. The more you have floating around the more damage and the more pain you will suffer. Over time, with air poisoning and high daily doses of calcium in our food, the pain will become excruciating, and unbearable for some.
Painful enough for them to want to end their lives.
Overload of calcium works with arsenic to cause multiple illnesses and conditions.
Calcium overload causes a wide range of neurological effects. Having an overload in the blood can have the same effect as a drug high, giving the body a boost of electrical energy. This is called excitotoxicity and can, in extreme cases be fatal. When the electrical energy causes ‘burn out’ of the neurons, the body crashes. People will find they crave foods with calcium for this reason, to try and overcome the brain fog caused by the destruction of neurons. By adding more calcium, they will go up and down on a calcium charged roller coaster creating more and more damage and pain.
Arsenic breaks the proteins that move calcium around the body safely. It can be pushed around all over the place, to places it should not be, and in concentrations that are dangerously high. When the body is at rest calcium builds in the cells. When the body is stressed it is pushed out, and pings around the body causing chaos.
High air pressure, storms and lightning, exercise, big changes in temperature, electrical pressure, physical pressure all mechanically push calcium out of the cells in dangerous amounts.
THE HEART
The heart is the one organ that is constantly exercising, and for that reason is particularly vulnerable to fluctuations up and down in electrolyte and calcium levels. Detoxing arsenic and excess calcium and avoiding exercising on particularly toxic days, may make it easier for people to regulate calcium levels in their heart.
After COVID (poisoning) related heart events, levels of calcium have been shown to be very low in heart muscle. This could be incorrectly identified in pathology as the body being deficient of calcium before the heart event. Instead it could be the initial excess of calcium that actually causes the event.
Extreme pressures on the heart muscle as it struggles to keep beating with arsenic and calcium-induced low oxygen, tissue damage and the complete dysregulation of electrolytes, will mechanically force much of the calcium and other electrolytes out of the cells, leaving them deficient.
CALCIUM STICKS TO FAT!
Because calcium is highly reactive with blood and tissues it does a LOT of damage as it is pinging around the body. It literally burns red and white blood cells and normal cells, is strongly attracted to oxygen, and also sticks to lipids (fat) in the blood stream. Fat in the blood stream then sticks to the calcium attached to the cell walls, and so on until there is a big enough build up that heart attacks and clots begin.
Excess calcium also clogs up our cells, and the mitochondria, so the body struggles to make normal energy, relying instead on the up and down of calcium-driven electrical energy. These clogged up cells become filled with fat that is attracted to the calcium floating around inside. This is how white fat cells are created. The more extra calcium your cells have to store, the bigger and more swollen they will become with fat.
Water will be stored alongside the fat, because arsenic also messes around with the sodium & potassium channels (we’ll leave that for another time). This is why when you lose fat through dieting you also lose water.
BONES
Why are so many people getting weak bones. Surely that means they are not getting enough calcium?
Many of us are getting far too much calcium as you will see in a minute.
To keep calcium in balance we need to have enough PHOSPHATE. Phosphate anchors calcium in place in the bones. If there is not enough phosphate then the calcium will just fall out and start wandering around the body whenever there is physical stress.
Doctors believe that high phosphate in the blood means that injury in the blood, kidneys and other parts of the body are caused by phosphate.
This is INCORRECT. Arsenic (arsenate) displaces phosphate in the body as calcium is busy breaking things. All the tests for phosphate also react to Arsenate! So if phosphate is high in the wee or blood doctors will have NO IDEA how much is phosphate and how much is arsenate.
In fact doctors would have no idea that arsenate could even be there.
So if the doctor tells you your phosphate is HIGH just ask them to run a test for arsenate on that sample. If you are met with issues, show them the above.
Make sure to keep your phosphate levels up. Phosphate will be relatively high in part baked breads from France and Italy. These do not have added CALCIUM . They are available in all supermarkets. Make sure you read the labels carefully to be sure. Durum wheat pasta is also clean. Small mills in the UK also are exempt from the UK fortification laws. Search online and contact directly in writing to ensure the flour you buy is free from added CALCIUM.
Meat is also a good source of phosphate. Grass fed is better. Check your meat for blood or noticeable pink spots. These indicate that the animal has also been exposed to high levels of calcium.
Some canned drinks also have phosphoric acid, a phosphate-based molecule, which is specifically designed to soak up excess calcium.
CALCIUM IS EVERYWHERE!
CALCIUM is added in high levels to some food groups in the United Kingdom.
Our recommended daily allowance is 700mg.
If we already have overload we have to then guess what might be a safe level to consume, as a blood test will not show what is hidden away in our cells.
WHEAT FLOUR PRODUCTS made in the UK now contain by LAW 455mg calcium carbonate per 100 grams of flour. Foods include but are not limited to - bread, all fortified cereals, biscuits, cakes, frying coatings, crisp coatings, sauce mixes, stock cubes, sausage/burger fillers, soups and ready meals. Calcium will be listed after ‘Wheat flour’ in brackets on the ingredients label, or elsewhere on the label. Food producers are not required to indicated exactly how much calcium is added.
So there is no way of telling how much we are eating from these products.
Calcium Carbonate and other forms of calcium are in almost all nutritional supplements, protein shakes, replacement plant milks, and orange juice. Again packets do not carry a declaration of how much calcium is included, meaning we could be getting far more than is safe on a daily basis.
Calcium is also added to intravenous and nasogastric nutrition in hospitals.
The only product that does declare the exact amount is bottle water. 17mg calcium in water is preferable to 40, 50 or 60mg calcium +.
Whilst dairy is probably the safest, most natural form of calcium to consume, the Arla debacle has shown us we really don’t know what is in our milk at the moment. When cows are exposed to air borne (potentially irradiated) calcium, and undeclared additives in feed, all of that can end up in milk and in the food chain. Cutting back temporarily until we are given the all clear is not such a bad idea.
Many of us are consciously limiting our calcium intake to lower calcium foods until we can get a handle on our high levels, whilst boosting our phosphate intake. We are taking it slowly, one step at a time and keeping stress down, with gentle exercise, so we don’t release too much calcium in one go.
During this research we have discovered that the use of calcium channel blockers can increase cellular arsenic toxicity. We have also discovered that arsenic encourages calcium accumulation, and therefore can INCREASE absorption of radioactive Calcium-45 and 47 if they are present.
What is very unclear is if simple measures like this and avoiding sky toxins as far as possible, would be enough to make a difference to people with severe disease.
With the continuing aerial bombardment it is proving difficult to stay on top of things, even for the well among us.
But wouldn’t it be at least worth a try?
SERIOUS LIFE LIMITING ILLNESSES ASSOCIATED WITH CALCIUM OVERLOAD
Below are some papers that look at a small number of serious, life-limiting conditions with strong links to calcium overload and/or dysregulation. There are more studies on many more illnesses. We suspect that in all cases of severe illness (not caused by accidental or intentional injury) the historical and continued use of arsenic and high levels of calcium in the air, food and water, have played a significant, if not a leading role.
Dysregulation of calcium homeostasis and calcium signalling, means that the calcium is not doing what it should be. It is also indicative that arsenic is present and that there is very likely a calcium overload in some if not all of the cells.
We will look later on to see if any research has been done on the success of reducing calcium and/or arsenic load in chronically and progressively ill patients.

Thanks to The Boom Review team and all our trackers and research buddies. Your work is vital at this turning point for the UK.
As a final note, there is a very real difference between allowing people to die naturally and not in discomfort and pain, between not forcing them to be kept alive by means of gruelling drug and radiological regimes, and actually curtailing life by prescribing lethal drugs.
This is the time to review ALL procedures in hospitals and care facilities, the supposedly halted Liverpool Care Pathway, the decision making of consultants in hospital settings about who gets which treatment, who receives food and water, and who doesn’t.
Finally we must do everything in our power to raise awareness of what is going on in the sky and within our food chain. When producers are made aware of the dangers of overloading calcium, they will be able to do something to help humanity. If they don’t know about it, they cannot help us.
I had no idea how overloaded the UK is with added calcium. Even your water tastes very mineralized compared to Canadian water. And they are spraying it too? Calcium supplements can cause heart attacks and there is no need to put it in flour. Our white flour in Canada is fortified with B vitamins, amylase and iron but not calcium. I don't understand why the UK would add calcium to flour and at such a high level too.
Absolutely amazing research Caroline, thank you, I’m passing this on as far as I can 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
