Thunderstorm close to south/south east this afternoon.
Warnings for severe 'danger to life' storms in the south/south west tomorrow with lightning and hail. People further up the country may also feel the effects.
Please stay in during storms if you can.
Always keep a snack in your pocket or bag when out as your blood sugar levels may be affected.
Other effects may include: migraine, neurological symptoms, palpitations, heart issues, breathing issues, asthma, digestive and kidney issues.
Seek medical help if needed, stay hydrated.
